Portugal Retreat 

Hi all thank you so much for signing up for Pilates in Portugal from October 2nd to 5th, we are so excited to have you on board. Please register interest below. Please note the deposit is non refundable and the final payment is due for the end of July.

Here’s what we have planned:

Thursday:
Arrival & Check-in
Meet & greet with Tricia & Katie
Settle in, relax, and get to know your fellow retreat guests

Friday:
Sunrise Pilates on the beach – Feel the morning sun and sea breeze as we begin the day
Dip in the Sea – Refresh and energise in the crystal-clear waters
Afternoon Workshop: Stretching & Meditation – Calm your mind and stretch your body
Group dinner and optional drinks (price TBC)

Saturday:
Sunrise Pilates on the beach – Another morning session by the sea
Dip in the Sea – Keep the energy flowing
Afternoon Workshop: Core Movements & Yogalates – Strengthen and tone with a Pilates-yoga blend
Group dinner and optional drinks (price TBC)

Sunday:
Farewell breakfast with new friends!

We’ll split the group into two levels – one for beginners and one for advanced – so everyone gets a tailored experience.
