Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is Pilates done on a Pilates machine. The machine is in the shape of a bed. There is a carriage that moves back and forwards and there are weighted springs attached to the carriage to make the exercises easier or more challenging. There is a foot bar and straps for the feet and arms. The goal is to help to align your spine and to improve posture, core strength and muscle flexibility.
