We now have more room for our reformer sessions, which means we can accommodate up to 3 clients per session instead of the previous 2:1 ratio! This allows for more flexibility and personalised care.

Our new location is conveniently situated close to Douglas Court, with easy access to local amenities. So, whether you’re popping over for a quick session or need to run errands before or after, everything is right at your doorstep.

Parking has never been easier! We now have dedicated parking at our new location, and you can also park for free at Douglas Court Shopping Centre, making it even more convenient for you.
